There is the journey we take physically and the journey we experience emotionally. The movement from one place to another and the more intimate path of inner discovery. For us, the distinction is irrelevant, as long as the destination remains an unexpected encounter with beauty. And so, we set off! In one sense or another, travel is a defining element of DENTROCASA, an unmissable opportunity to engage with contemporary inspirations and the world’s cultural heritage.
In the opening pages of this issue, we venture, both in body and in mind, into the colourful and distinctive details of Morocco’s landscapes, alleyways and scenery. We do so through the filter of “imperfect” photographs. As a result, we imagine that it is not the traveller who moves, but the gaze itself, capturing in its own way the rich succession of images.
Our next stop takes us to the outskirts of Barcelona, among the spaces of a former factory whose past has provided the canvas for new and surprising architectural forms. And then there is our Italy: Venice, Milan, Tuscany and the Gulf of Naples, unrivalled examples of excellence that remain highly sought after on the international stage.
DENTROCASA traces the itinerary of summer through forms and landscapes, making each project the ideal stop on a new voyage of discovery.
The article continues on DENTROCASA on newsstands and online.
