A lovely abode, a few kilometres from Brescia, where the decor design creates unique atmospheres and leads us far away...
Creativity in decorative solutions can be crucial in creating a welcoming, unique and engaging home. We can clearly see it in this project created by the Far Arreda team, right from the structural elements.
The interior designers explained that: “The beauty of this house lies in its volumes and heights. We aimed at enhancing these features with particular decorative solutions and finishes, in order to fulfil the owners’ expectations: they sought a house with a new style and a markedly modern character.”
After entering the house, we bump into a large and bright open space marked by two elegant columns – covered with wallpaper and brass plates –, which stand out up to the ceiling.
From the living area, you can admire the mezzanine floor. This environment includes the living room, the dining area and the kitchen. A vintage red armchair adds a touch of colour to the living room. The dark wood parquet softly embraces all the rooms, turning into a wall in the column area of the kitchen and a snack counter on the island, making the kitchen original and harmoniously incorporated into the living room.
Again, on the ground floor near the entrance, we find the master bedroom with en-suite, together with one of the daughters’ room with en-suite, and a small guest bathroom.
Here too, we notice the skilful interior design with custom-made wainscoting, boasting geometric leitmotifs underlined by precious brass profiles. Furthermore, the atmosphere is complemented by a sought-after lighting design with recessed spotlights and suggestive LED lines.
To conclude, a magnificent grey veined marble staircase leads us to the mezzanine floor, where we find a study, the second daughter’s bedroom and a private bathroom decorated with a particular Oriental wallpaper that makes the environment unique and special.
