Ostiliomobili signs the interior design of a dynamic and refined villa on Lake Iseo, boasting every comfort to fully experience everyday life.
It seems impossible to live in a house and feel surrounded by everything that may satisfy your body and your soul, in order to make everyday life lighter and more intense…
However, turning simple square metres into an ongoing and satisfying experience – that can transform apparently helpless objects into allies, always available to our needs – is possible, even if sometimes it seems like a challenge!
That is the reason why you often hear: “If I moved house, I would do this, and I would never do that again, I would like this thing and not the other one”, and then, once changed, something still doesn’t work as we would like.
In short, creating a tailor-made habitat that can please the eyes from every corner, without sacrificing comfort in all its forms, is not so obvious. A family has several needs that can change over time; tastes are different, and getting everyone to agree becomes a challenge.

Ostiliomobili took up the challenge and hit the pitch for this renovation: a villa on Lake Iseo, with a panoramic view.
The view of the lake is obviously already a significant plus and an excellent ingredient to soothe souls and make them more open and available to joy, which explains why the openings are large, calling to mind eyes wide open to wonder.
The interiors boast wide spaces, in order to create areas that are connected but also well-defined, to guarantee relaxation and to prevent food preparation from invading spaces with different purposes; moreover, the dining room is in a more secluded position to ensure good privacy for dining companions..

The heart of the house – the relaxation space – is well-defined by a wooden gable ceiling that frames it, making it more intimate and warmer.
Right here, opens up a world devoted to comfort, built with iconic design pieces. From the Lounge chair & Ottoman by Vitra to the Molteni sofa; from the Focus fireplace to the combination of Domino coffee tables and, in the air, the geometric circles of the pendant light elements, through which you can aim at different perspectives.
The minimalist kitchen offers the best of technology: it boasts Miele appliances and an essential but complete look, and it allows you to make all kinds of preparations.
Next to it, through the glass window, the round table overlooks the porch with a view; it is very comfortable and useful for the family. To accommodate several guests, a dining area has been reserved farther from the kitchen, with a square leather table and matching chairs by Molteni.

A white modern staircase leads us to the sleeping area, calling to mind a Greek fret and cutting the volume by engraving it with grace and elegance.
The sleeping area offers the same conscious strength that combines refinement and comfort, without sacrifice.
The soft black leather bed by Molteni dominates the area, and its dark shade is immediately balanced by the Sangiacomo bright walk-in closet, with its golden smoked glass.
The villa continues with other indoor and outdoor areas, to complete a path studied in detail, in order to make possible and enjoyable the beauty that pleases the senses, as well as the comfort and functionality that make life easier.
