In Lombardy, in the small municipality of Breno, located in Val Camonica, in the province of Brescia, elegance and design take centre stage in the renovation of an established notary’s office. Renovatedby Prospektiv, the office now appears in a new guise, refined and reinterpreted both in the modern layout of the spaces and in the choice of furnishings and finishes.

Today, the office welcomes clients into a stylish and elegant reception area, defined by the clean, essential lines of an extensive L-shaped volume. By incorporating and concealing the counter behind a large panel, the volume creates, together with the bespoke ribbed archive system behind it, a unified and orderly visual composition.

This unmistakable elegance continues into the adjoining rooms, designed for different functions and separated by sophisticated, innovative sliding portals from the Rimadesio collection.

This refined solution, through the transparency of glass and the geometric design of the elements that partially screen the interiors, has made it possible to personalise and enliven the aesthetic separation of the various areas, while also ensuring complete acoustic privacy.

In the new layout, the notary’s office has been completely redesigned in both its spatial layout and identity: thanks to the large glass doors, all the rooms are visually connected, yet can be closed off and function independently when needed.
