The furnishing project by ostiliomobili stands out for its essential design
Surrounded by the green landscapes of Franciacorta, this apartment is part of a complex of four newly built residences.
The architectural layout and interior spatial design were developed by architect Iriam Bettera in collaboration with the Brescia-based company ostiliomobili. Ostiliomobili followed the project closely, providing interior furnishings as well as flooring and lighting.

The house is laid out on a single floor, with a large open-plan living and kitchen area. The furniture is modern and minimal, characterised by clean, essential lines. Materials include smooth matte lacquers and softly textured fabrics in warm, light tones.
A creative touch is added by Maurizio Radici’s artworks, which bring customised bursts of colour and visual contrast.
Every detail was chosen to maximise space. In the living area, a bespoke wall unit provides generous storage, incorporating the television, an illuminated recess, and a built-in fireplace.
The kitchen, finished in a metallic lacquer, hides the most functional areas behind retractable doors, to keep everything neat and practical.

In the sleeping area, the master bedroom glows with soft, enveloping light, enhanced by neutral, delicate tones. The en-suite bathroom features marble-effect wall coverings and a spacious glass shower with a view into the bedroom, a striking and distinctive feature. A spacious walk-in wardrobe completes the suite, with open shelving and a glass display for accessories, combining functionality with refined minimal aesthetics.
