Nestled among the hills of Franciacorta, surrounded by a picturesque landscape, lies this villa built from scratch. The project was curated by the Brescia-based company ostiliomobili, which provided the interior and exterior furnishings, including part of the lighting. The clients wanted to create a synergistic and collaborative relationship with ostiliomobili.
The family who owns the house sought a home that would harmoniously blend with the surrounding environment, without creating contrasts. For this reason, the colours and materials chosen are in tune with the surrounding nature, creating a seamless continuity between the exterior and the interior.
The result is a tactile, modern home that fully reflects the wishes of its residents and stands out for its elegant personality.
Spread over two levels, the upper floor houses the sleeping area, while the ground floor features the living area with views of the vineyards and a terrace, complete with an infinity pool.
Upon entering, the living room immediately impresses with its spaciousness and the light that fills every corner, thanks to large windows framed in metal that reveal an enchanting panorama.
In the sleeping area, there are three bedrooms, two bathrooms, walk-in wardrobes, and a striking master bedroom. The latter can be considered a suite, as it includes a private bathroom and an exclusive walk-in wardrobe.
