In the nearby outskirts of Mantua, a recently built villa defines and encloses private spaces while, with care and elegance, it shapes unexpected shared areas dedicated to leisure
In a residential neighbourhood on the outskirts of Mantua, a young family entrusted Studio Losi-Mambrin Architetti with the design and construction of their new home. In line with the clients’ wishes, the project resulted in the creation of a detached villa with a small annexe, a garden, and a swimming pool.
Organised around a central patio – accessible exclusively from the private rooms and invisible from the outside – the building unfolds on one side into a refined and secluded sleeping area, and on the other into an open, convivial living area dedicated to leisure and hospitality.
The character of the various interiors was further shaped and completed through the furnishings, proposed and supplied by the expert interior designers at Negretti Architettura d’Interni, who worked in close collaboration with the architects.
The spaces dedicated to leisure are therefore clearly defined and separated from the rooms intended for daily use and privacy, which are organised according to the needs of each family member and feature bespoke solutions.
