This property embodies the luxury of living in the heart of New York City, with a strong and distinctive character
A renovation project where classic New York style meets contemporary design, telling a story of elegance, functionality, and stylistic refinement. This townhouse spans six floors with approximately 650 square metres of internal space, fully renovated by interior designer Adam Cassino.

The home offers all the comforts of modern living while also reflecting the charm of the magnificent city in which it is located. The ground floor features an open-plan layout with a chef’s kitchen, together with six bedrooms, six bathrooms, three guest bathrooms, a cedar and teak-lined sauna, lift access to all floors, and three working gas fireplaces.
In addition to the modernisations, materials, and colour palette, the furniture layout has been carefully planned, as has the study of natural light. Bringing the outdoors in and illuminating a traditional townhouse is never straightforward; it is always a challenge.

The choice of paint colours and finishes has been meticulously considered to maintain a sense of lightness throughout. The walls feature soft greys and taupe shades with matt, velvety finishes. The panelling and finishes in a bright satin white emphasise the clean, defined lines of the spaces.
