The property has selected Microdevice as its technology partner to support a modern, technologically advanced supervision of the building
The project was conceived to simplify hotel management while simultaneously enhancing the guest experience: thanks to the Hi4-Supervisor® system, guests can interact with the hotel and its facilities in a seamless, intuitive, and highly personalised way.
To ensure secure and reliable access management, transponder-based readers were installed. With a single card, guests can move freely throughout the property in complete safety, while the management retains full control over access to the various areas. The result is an integrated system that simplifies daily operations for both guests and staff, minimising manual procedures and increasing overall control.
Inside the rooms, the experience is managed through bedside control panels that combine design and ergonomics, offering complete control of the room in maximum comfort. Through these panels, guests can adjust lighting and settings according to the time of day or their mood, activate room service calls and indicate “do not disturb” mode, enabling immediate communication with hotel staff.
The project developed for Hotel Al Piolet is a tangible example of how Microdevice automation can integrate seamlessly into an exclusive luxury setting, enhancing the guest experience without ever being intrusive.
