This project, realised by Studio Labia Design, takes shape from the clients’ desire to inhabit an environment where modernity and retro suggestions naturally converse, creating an atmosphere that is both sophisticated and welcoming.
Elegance with a Parisian touch – characterised by measured balances, carefully chosen materials, and evocative details – guides every design choice, creating a coherent and recognisable architectural language.
The entrance leads to a dramatic living area, where the warmth of wood meets the gleam of brass and the preciousness of marble. These elements intertwine in a refined play of contrasts that frames the stainless-steel kitchen, essential and contemporary. At the centre of the space, the marble dining table becomes the heart of conviviality: a place designed for gathering and sharing.
The tactile heart of the house is a large travertine wall: a solid, sculptural presence that delineates the spaces and amplifies their expressive power.
The sleeping area embodies a more intimate elegance. The master bedroom is slightly raised on a soft carpeted platform, enriched by refined wallpaper that enhances its theatrical character. Outdoors, the space opens like a framed painting under the sky.
This is a project that does not merely show spaces but builds an experience: a refined balance between material, light, and memory, capable of transforming the act of living into a daily gesture of elegance, with a residential language where design becomes the expression of comfort and beauty.
