Chromatic harmonies, natural inputs, and bespoke spaces inspire an elegant and enveloping sense of domestic well-being
Perched on a charming hill in Costa Volpino – a small town overlooking Lake Iseo – an elegant terraced house, recently renovated and refurbished, breathes in and draws on the colours and atmospheres of its surroundings, bringing the tranquillity and serenity of the landscape into its rooms.

The renovation, carried out according to the vision of the interior designers at ostiliomobili, reflects the clients’ desires: on one hand, the wish to feel fully integrated with nature; on the other, the pleasure of living in a home where shared and private spaces are harmoniously aligned and defined.
The result is a unique, welcoming home, developed in a light, almost suspended dimension, emphasised by the interior solutions themselves, set within harmonious colour schemes and airy furnishing volumes.
The villa, organised over two above-ground floors with a basement dedicated to the spa, opens from the living area onto the lake, dominating the panorama from above. Large windows surrounding the dining area engage with the garden, letting in light and colour.

The ground floor ends with one of the bedrooms. Each of the three family members has chosen their bedroom to ensure their own night-time privacy. The internal arrangement continues on the upper floor, where two further private bedrooms line the corridor.
