A residential project where enveloping materials, deep tones and bespoke detailing shape an intimate form of luxury
When a home speaks in a low voice, it invites you to touch, to sit, to linger. Here, the whisper becomes an invitation to everyday luxury: a warm, refined and welcoming residence designed for a young couple with children, seeking an environment that is exclusive and elegant, yet at once comfortable and profoundly liveable.
The interior design and all furnishings were provided by Far Arreda, a company distinguished by its tailored approach to interpreting clients’ aspirations, translating them into compelling, high-performing and characterful solutions. Meticulous attention to detail runs throughout the design, whose heart lies in the living area, conceived as a fluid, scenographic space articulated into two distinct relaxation areas.
Upon entering, one is welcomed into the first conversation area, defined by a sheet-metal partition with backlit shelving: graphic gestures that emerge like strokes on a page, lending rhythm and depth to the space. Beyond this visual threshold unfolds the dining room, reflected in a large mirrored wall into which the fireplace is set, multiplying light and atmosphere. On the first floor, the sleeping quarters unfold, where the main suite reveals itself as a world apart, cocooned and serene.
It is in the dialogue between natural light and intense chromatic depth that this project finds its balance. Dark, warm and nuanced tones shape interiors that embrace and envelop, creating a seductive atmosphere that makes the home not merely elegant, but profoundly magnetic.
