The allure of this loft lies in its generous dose of eclecticism, in the blend of objects and textures
The owners of this loft, converted from a former industrial space, were immediately captivated by the smoky tones and neutral palette of the original setting: a former factory skilfully repurposed through a renovation that modernised the space without erasing its original character.

The flooring remains unchanged, both on the ground level and in the sleeping area on the upper floor, treated with concrete-look quartz and marked by deep cuts and long, fine cracks characteristic of poured concrete. Equally untouched are the large windows overlooking the lush garden adjacent to the living area, an inexhaustible source of light and colour in a constant dialogue between interior and exterior.
The result is an interior of great charm and personality, where objects imbued with a sense of history sit harmoniously alongside wrought-iron elements, rendered through the refined geometric and linear weaving of custom-made slender metal rods, carefully balancing handcrafted creativity with a minimalist industrial-chic aesthetic.

The standout feature of the home is the staircase, which dominates the airy living room and emphasises the impressive volume of the space. Acting as the connecting pivot between the two levels, it is a true masterpiece of craftsmanship and technical expertise.
