When a project stems from a profound understanding, architecture ceases to be merely construction and becomes storytelling
The gentle curves of the Orobic Prealps and the pristine landscape of the nearby nature reserve form the backdrop for a contemporary villa that interprets living as a sensory experience and a deep connection with the landscape. This privileged setting is not simply observed, but truly lived, becoming an integral part of daily domestic life.

At the heart of the project lies a strong rapport between architect Matteo Albini and the client, built on mutual trust and a shared vision.
The steep topography of the site becomes a design element in its own right. Articulated volumes, cantilevers, and level changes define a dynamic and elegant composition, naturally resolving a significant structural complexity. The building speaks a language of refined simplicity, revealing its richness through carefully considered details and tailor-made solutions.
The outdoor spaces are conceived as a designed landscape. Natural stone pathways guide movement across the garden’s different levels, where a curated selection of native and exotic plants ensures year-round chromatic continuity. The scenic heart of the outdoor area is the pool, arranged on multiple levels and animated by elegant sheets of water that strengthen the dialogue with the surrounding natural environment.

The villa thus expresses a dual identity: an exclusive retreat immersed in greenery and a formal entertaining space designed for conviviality. Architecture here shows how a deep understanding between architect and client can translate into a sophisticated, coherent, and profoundly personal home.
