A contemporary project that turns the lake view into the heart of domestic life
There is something profoundly special about homes that are conceived in dialogue with the landscape. In this newly built detached villa overlooking the lake, every design choice seems to follow this principle: to open up the space, welcome natural light, and allow nature to become part of everyday living.

Designed by architect Roberto Lizzeri and masterfully furnished by Far Arreda, the villa stands out for its spacious and airy layout, created to encourage conviviality. It is a home designed to be lived in, to host friends and shared moments, where spaces remain open and fluid, allowing complete freedom of movement.
This home is arranged over several levels: a basement, a ground floor dedicated to the living area with a guest bathroom and a large laundry room, and a first floor reserved for the sleeping quarters.
The heart of the home is undoubtedly the kitchen area, a spectacular space where large windows and sliding doors transform the walls into true transparent frames, connecting the interior with the landscape. The effect is a continuous exchange between indoors and outdoors: the lake, the sky, and the greenery become an integral part of daily life.

Throughout the home, every detail expresses a clear vision of living: contemporary, light-filled, and deeply connected to the landscape. The house looks out over the lake and welcomes it within, transforming it each day into the natural backdrop of everyday life.
