The memory of a historic building is preserved and celebrated. At its heart, an essential, sustainable, high-performance architecture takes shape
Just a few steps from the centre of Ravenna, yet inside, time seems suspended. The Gold Inside was born from a desire to protect the memory of an early twentieth-century building while simultaneously igniting a new, essential, bright heart within it.

The contrast is captivating: outside, traces of history; inside, sharp lines, contemporary surfaces, and large windows opening onto an intimate, sheltered garden. The façades facing the street remain discreet and reserved, while those within open up to light and greenery, creating a continuous dialogue between interior and exterior.
Within this balance between architecture and interior design, Primopiano Cucine’s bespoke work plays a key role, interpreting the space with elegance and coherence. The kitchen is a refined dialogue between function and aesthetics.

But The Gold Inside is not only about beauty. It is also a conscious choice: built to Passive House standards, the house produces more energy than it consumes. Designed by Piraccini+Potente Architettura, the project combines genius loci and technological innovation in a work that looks forward without forgetting its roots.
