Set in the landscape of the province of Bergamo, this newly built villa expresses a successful dialogue between contemporary architecture and nature. The complex, developed by Finazzi Costruzioni Immobiliari based in Grumello del Monte, features exclusive flats, including this penthouse, which overlooks the entire property.
Designed as a home for a young couple, the residence strikes a careful balance between elegance, functionality and domestic warmth, turning each space into a tailored experience.
Architect Mirko Varischi oversaw the art direction and also contributed to the interior design in collaboration with Bonomelli Arredamenti, which developed and produced the bespoke furnishings. The result is a collaborative project, born from genuine synergy and a deep understanding among the professionals involved, capable of translating the clients’ expectations with sensitivity.
Particular attention was paid to the clients’ tastes and needs, a key element that made this project unique, intimate and entirely bespoke.
The study of colours and finishes by architect Varischi and its implementation by Bonomelli Arredamenti are reflected throughout the home, where neutral tones intertwine with wood to create visual continuity and a refined sense of welcome. Every space has been designed to fulfil a precise function without sacrificing character.
A joint project that can be described as intimate and perfectly balanced, where every choice contributes to defining the identity of a home designed to last over time and to truly reflect those who live in it.
