From office space to private residence, a renovation by Silvia Andreassi where views, materials and contemporary design merge in a refined and timeless balance
Overlooking the ever-changing waters of Lake Garda, this villa tells the story of a radical transformation, one that successfully combines design rigour with the poetry of space. Once used as offices, it is now a bright and sophisticated private home, where every detail bears the signature of designer Silvia Andreassi.

The first impression is of light. The true protagonist, it flows freely through the large glazed openings, filling the interiors and strengthening the connection with the surrounding landscape. The lake, so close that it feels almost tangible, becomes an integral part of the design; a natural backdrop that shifts with the seasons and engages in constant dialogue with the interiors.
The aesthetic language is contemporary yet enveloping, defined by a warm and sophisticated palette ranging from taupe and sepia to bronze and deep blue. Long oak floorboards lend continuity and warmth, extending throughout every room, including the bathrooms.

Throughout, there is a consistent narrative of light, material and landscape, where architecture serves the experience of everyday living, turning each gesture into a moment to be fully appreciated.
