A sequence of furnishings and volumes creates a dynamic harmony in this residence set within the natural landscape of Lake Maggiore
Nestled in a setting of extraordinary natural beauty, between the evocative scenery of Piedmont and the reflections of Lake Maggiore – where architecture and landscape engage in perfect balance – this residence stands as a refined example of contemporary design that enhances its surroundings.

The project, designed by Dainelli Studio, is arranged over two levels and is distinguished by its meticulously curated details and a constant dialogue between interior and exterior spaces. The garden that surrounds the property on all sides further enhances the uniqueness of the setting, enriched by a water feature that mirrors the surrounding landscape.
On the ground floor, beyond the entrance – marked by an antique piece of furniture – there is a spacious living area in neutral tones. A striking glass chandelier hangs above the custom marble dining table, reflecting the natural light that pours in through the windows and enhancing the surrounding space. Two glazed partitions separate the kitchen – featuring a central island and a black-stained ash table.

In the bedroom, a full-height fluted black-stained ash wardrobe, designed by Dainelli Studio, frames the bed and adds a sense of grandeur to the room.
On the first floor, Dainelli Studio’s attention to vintage design finds full expression. A striking mix of vintage design pieces is paired with bold and innovative elements that immediately draw the eye, such as the tan leather sofa by Gianfranco Frattini, which blends seamlessly with antique furnishings.
