A project by Far Arredamenti that moves beyond the rigour of minimalism through art, design and bespoke details
Just a few steps from the shores of Lake Garda, in an elegant residential area of Lazise, a recently built detached villa takes shape, perfectly interpreting a family’s desire to live in a modern, functional home that is also rich in personality.
To find a solution that would fully meet their expectations, they turned to Far Arredamenti, which identified the ideal approach by developing a bespoke project that is elegant and coherent in every detail.
The heart of the home is the living area, where the light-coloured resin flooring interacts with the warmth of the timber used for the furniture, the kitchen’s full-height cabinetry and the TV unit. Conceived to resemble contemporary wall panelling, the TV unit is in fact designed as an elegant storage solution.
The basement completes the home with a recreational space that remains elegant, where the billiard room is complemented by a fitted feature wall transformed into a wine cellar, designed to welcome guests and impress.
Outside, finally, the pristine white villa, with its minimalist lines, is embraced by timber decking that surrounds the swimming pool like a warm and sophisticated frame, bringing the project to a close with a perfect balance of rigour, comfort and beauty.
