Nestled in the beating heart of Capri, Hotel La Residenza stands as a refined oasis of Mediterranean elegance.
The renovation project was led by the Neapolitan architect Francesca Faraone, whose vision has breathed new life into the property. The result is an exclusive retreat featuring 52 rooms, extensively refurbished and redesigned.
However, it is at the entrance that Hotel La Residenza reveals its most striking and evocative transformation. Once a semi-abandoned garden, the space has undergone a radical metamorphosis thanks to the visionary intuition of architect Faraone, who turned it into a sophisticated lounge bar.
The hotel entrance features a colonnade of structural supports made from iron rods, where concrete is replaced by cascading bougainvilleas. Walking along the colonnade, visitors find mirrors on the right-hand side that reflect both the structure itself and the surrounding greenery.
Staying at La Residenza therefore means immersing oneself in a reimagined Capri, where design precision meets the poetry of natural elements, leaving guests with an unforgettable memory beneath the island’s blue skies.
