LA VETRORESINA SPOSA L’ALLUMINIO PER UN SUPERYACHT DALLE NOTEVOLI POSSIBILITÀ DI PERSONALIZZAZIONE.

FB801 M/Y VICA, lunga 50 metri, è la prima imbarcazione Benetti costruita in doppia tecnologia: lo scafo è in vetroresina, mentre la sovrastruttura è in alluminio. Un concetto di superyacht “flessibile e modellabile” che può andare incontro alle diverse esigenze di personalizzazione del cliente.
Si tratta di una barca decisamente mediterranea, dagli ampi spazi esterni, con grandi ponti a poppa e a prora dell’upper deck che si aggiungono a un enorme sundeck.
Il profilo esterno si caratterizza per le grandi vetrature a tutta altezza “all’ultima moda” che – oltre a inondare gli interni di luce naturale – ne snelliscono la linea. A rendere VICA unica, sono i tre portelli apribili lungo lo scafo.
Il primo è laterale a poppa e serve per l’alaggio e il varo del tender e si aggiunge a quello che funge da spiaggetta; un terzo, molto originale, si apre sulla lobby del ponte inferiore e permette di dare respiro a una zona generalmente chiusa.
Il layout interno dello yacht è classico e prevede quattro cabine per gli ospiti sul ponte inferiore, la suite dell’armatore a prua del main deck e una cabina aggiuntiva sul ponte superiore. Il lower deck offre quattro suite per gli ospiti, due con letto matrimoniale a poppa e due con letti gemelli, a prua, separate dalla lobby.
Qui si trova anche un terrazzo esterno che si allarga grazie al portellone apribile e che rende un’area solitamente chiusa più ariosa e aperta sul mare.
L’interior design è completamente firmato Benetti: è infatti stato curato dall’architetto Mariarosa Remedi in collaborazione con il designer del cliente. Il decor e l’atmosfera richiamano l’“home feeling”, principio ispiratore di ogni ambiente, escluso il foyer, dove si trova l’importante scala in ferro battuto e lo skylight che dal ponte sole inonda di luce naturale fino al lower deck.
Gli ambienti sono caldi, classici. Il legno dominante è il ciliegio, nelle sue versioni lucido e satinato (per le cabine), con rifiniture e dettagli in palissandro.
Suggestivo il design delle luci, completamente a led e con colonne di arredo di alabastro illuminate dall’interno attraverso il controllo dinamico – semplicemente tramite Ipad – del punto di bianco.
Dal punto di vista tecnico, Benetti FB801 M/Y VICA mantiene una configurazione classica, con scafo dislocante in acciaio e motorizzazione affidata a due CAT C32 Acert di 970 kW ciascuno di potenza, che assicurano prestazioni adeguate alla nave con le sue sole 498 tonnellate di Gross Tonnage.
Grazie a questa configurazione VICA dispone di un’autonomia di 4.000 miglia nautiche alla velocità di crociera economica di 12 nodi, ma può agevolmente raggiungere la velocità massima di 15,5 nodi o navigare in crociera alla velocità di 14 nodi con l’impiego delle macchine all’85% del carico.
M/Y VICA garantisce prestazioni da scafo “confortevole” in cui sono praticamente assenti vibrazioni e rumore, abbattuti grazie anche all’inserimento di un particolare collegamento elastico tra i motori e gli assi porta-elica.
Perfetto inoltre il sistema di stabilizzazione Naiad, in quanto la barca, per piacere dell’armatore, viene utilizzata prevalentemente all’àncora e poco in porto.

BENETTI FB801 M/Y VICA: COMPLETE COMFORT AND HIGH FLEXIBILITY
Fibreglass matches aluminium for this superyacht with remarkable customization options.
A concept of “flexible and mouldable” superyacht that meets customers’ different customization needs. FB801 M/Y VICA is the first Benetti vessel built using two different techniques: the hull is in fibreglass, while the superstructure is in aluminium.
The concepts of flexibility and moulding meet the customer’s different needs. Perfect for the Mediterranean Sea with wide open-air spaces and a huge sun deck. Exterior lines are distinguished by fashionable full-height windows that let natural light seep in.
The three hatches in the hull are the special features of this superyacht. The first is laterally placed towards the stern; the second serves as a bathing platform and the third opens on the lower deck lobby.
The internal layout is classic, with four guest cabins on the lower deck, the owner’s suite forward on the main deck, and an additional cabin on the upper deck. The four guest suites are separated by the lobby, the after two with queen size beds and the forward two with twin beds. Here, an exterior terrace expands when opening the hatch, giving light and air to the interiors.
The six cabins for crew members are completely separated from the guest area. Interiors are all designed by Benetti, under the guiding hand of the architect Mariarosa Remedi and in partnership with the owner’s interior designer.
The atmosphere and the home feeling are the main inspirations for all spaces but the foyer, with its remarkable wroughtiron stairway and the sun deck that floods the lower deck with natural light.
The interiors are warm and classic, mainly using cherrywood with rosewood finishing touches. Lighting design is very spellbinding, completely supplied by LEDs and alabaster columns, lit from within thanks to a dynamic whiteness control via iPad.
According to a technical point of view, the Benetti FB801 M/Y VICA treasures its classic layout with a steel displacement hull propelled by two CAT C32 Acert engines.
Thanks to this layout, VICA has a cruising range of 4,000 nautical miles at a cruising speed of 12 knots but can easily reach its top speed of 15.5 knots. The M/Y VICA guarantees a comfortable hull ride: vibrations and noise have been reduced.
The Naiad ride control system perfectly matches the typical mooring habits of the owner, usually at anchor and rarely in port.
