This villa surrounded by a large garden overlooks a splendid natural landscape on the shores of Lake Sebino.
An old-time dream. A newly built villa with an external structure of great importance halfway between a classic residence and modern taste, a task fully succeeded by the architect Varischi who was responsible for the interior design and artistic direction of the villa.
The architect found harmony with the clients, managing to better define and understand the tastes and needs of the owners, a young couple with two children.
The style is modern associated with classic lines, which give personality. The chandeliers are sparkling and imposing: cascades of light that envelop every room.
The house is spread over three levels all connected to each other through the use of the same color palette and choice of materials. We move from shades of gray to white associated with brass portions and wood and fabric boiserie with metal inserts covering the walls. There is no shortage of ceramics and marbles, which convey personality and refinement to the house.
On the ground floor there is the living room with a large dining table with a second, more minimal living room with fireplace which creates a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere kitchen which incorporates gray tones, also flanked by another dining room with an exposed wall which houses a rich collection of wines.
Upstairs is the sleeping area where the master bedroom and walk-in closet are located.
Finally, the wellness area with indoor swimming pool, sauna and gym. And for hot summer days a large swimming pool.
