Elegance and charm effortlessly fill the spaces, making this new habitat a particularly enveloping and inviting place.
This flat overlooking the sea originally had a complex layout. Thanks to a perspective play in the archi-tectural design, the living room can now be glimpsed from the entrance with all its refined elegance.




The project took full advantage of all spaces and made the rooms brighter. The Mardegan oak parquet flooring has been interspersed with an insert of Calacatta Gold.

The leather and brown fabric island sofa is handcrafted and placed in the centre of the environment to “harmonize” with the kitchen/dining area, the TV and the seating.
The kitchen features a monolithic peninsula of ribbed-effect Piasentina stone, in harmony with all the other wooden compo-nents, and a background of carbonized oak and bronze columns.

Francesca Maione and Francesca Coppola specified: “All textile components have been made in the drapery shop, by choosing a Dedar fabric for the curtains, designed by the architecture studio.”
Before entering the sleeping area, a charming three-seater armchair steals the show: thanks to its sinuous lines and contemporary fabric, it acts as an ideal filter towards the more private area of the flat.

To warm up the master bedroom, a wonderful hand-painted pure silk drape accompanies the staircase to the walk-in wardrobe.
Behind the bed, you can catch a glimpse of the private spa-hammam of the homeowners. The covering is made of Avola stone. The same material is used for the basin countertop, with a tailor-made cabinet.
