CLB88, INNOVATION AND STYLE FOR A TIMELESS YACHT

A cutting-edge model for performance and style

Winner of the 2019 Good Design Award, CLB88 is a 27-metre superyacht that perfectly embodies the innovative spirit of the CL Yachts shipyard. Created by the international designer Jozeph Forakis, this yacht stands out for elegant lines and timeless balanced proportions, which manage to be bold and contemporary at the same time.

The result? A state-of-the-art luxury yacht for quality and style. CLB88 is a real concentrate of technology: in addition to the gyroscopic stabilizer, the active interception system increases safety during navigation. Moreover, the CZONE monitoring system controls the tank as well as the essential functions.

This construction in composite materials – carried out with the infusion technique – exploits carbon fibre to minimize the weight of the yacht while ensuring maximum strength. CL Yachts’ choice to integrate fuel and water tanks into the hull also increases structural rigidity.

The profile is streamlined and perfectly integrates the large flybridge, the heart of outdoor life that can be reached both from the cockpit and from an internal staircase. On the flybridge, in addition to the steering console, there is a large bar cabinet, a dining area and a sunbathing area.

The extension of the flybridge towards the stern ensures a total protection of the cockpit. The shipyard’s expertise can also be seen in the details.

The on-board spaces are designed to create a perfect combination of outdoor and indoor. The large windows and the choice of neutral colours increase the feeling of comfort on board, where we find a combination of contemporary materials, such as Fenix NTM and Corian, which interacts with classic components such as leather.

The main deck – full of natural light and arranged on one level – is a large open space studied in detail; the designer Jozeph Forakis has ideally separated the different environments using furnishing elements, which allow a continuous view. The galley with island makes it easy to move around, and at the same time serves the dining table and the breakfast area, placed on the left of the wheelhouse.

The lower deck accommodates four double cabins with en-suite, together with the owner’s cabin in the middle of the yacht, which benefits from the beam of CLB88, resulting in a real suite. The crew quarters are instead located aft and have direct access to the engine room.
