Resin adds another touch of elegance and modernity inside a 1990s villa, the result of an architectural and energy redevelopment.
Trample on beauty. Even just thinking about it that may sound absurd but, in this case, it is literally true and established, pleasant, and inspiring for the eyes and the soul.
We are talking about resin, a modern and innovative interpretation capable of transforming and improving the mood of interiors and exteriors, thanks to an advanced alternative to ordinary floor and wall coverings.
Resin, a leading company in this industry, has given a decisive touch and has added character to this beautiful 1990s villa, redeveloped by Ambientevario studio, in collaboration with the designer Fabio Caselli for the interiors.

A consistent expanse – dustproof, waterproof, impact- resistant and abrasion-resistant – provides the backdrop to an essential living path, where large volumes are marked by iconic and even witty design pieces.
Like Joe,the comfortable armchair shaped like a giant baseball glove, mounted on invisible wheels, ready to welcome the lucky one who wants to enjoy a moment of relaxation on a legendary object… Or the Marshmallow Sofa that stands out on the clear resin floor with its joy and colours, permeating the whole area with its mere expressive power.

The ground floor is dedicated to the living area: a large open space, sculpted and airy thanks to the light nuances in the background, as well as illuminated by bright windows, perfect to give shape to that modern and essential concept desired by the customer.
In order not to break the balance of continuity and the panoramic perspective in every corner, the kitchen has been protected by a large glass wall, which makes it elegant, transparently visible and at the same time more functional, to isolate the scent during food preparation.
The relaxation area takes up quite a bit of space: open but set back from the kitchen and the dining room, to ensure privacy and enjoy the view of the garden through the glass windows.

The majestic staircase – with cantilevered steps covered in resin, and a crystal barrier – leads to the mezzanine level, which overlooks the living room and the bedrooms. Here, resin meets the dark-coloured parquet in a delightful contrast of nuances and textures.
The essentiality and convenience of the resin coverings dominate in the bathrooms, which in this case also include the showers, becoming one with the floor itself, for an exceptional visual impact and convenient cleaning.
The harmony and balance that mark this project allow the living path to offer a lot of comfort and beauty, as well as several features such as attention to detail, architectural and energy optimization, the insertion of timeless pieces of design and the unmistakable touch of the fluid contemporaneity of resin, which becomes the perfect base for every solution, thanks to its plasticity.
