Organic soul

Eco-sustainability and beauty are the symbolic pillars of this contemporary project, internally designed by Casa Amica Genesin.

Paying attention to the environment is a highly-sensitive concept that each of us should think about, even in the simplest everyday actions; nowadays, this idea is increasingly felt and put into practice in prestigious architecture.

This house embraces this thought, by embedding in its structural soul the concept of eco-friendly beauty, enhanced by the inclusion of quality custom-made furnishings that perfectly match with the design philosophy and the taste of the owners, who enjoy the benefits.

Casa Amica Genesin, through the designersLivio Genesin and Fabiola Genesin, completed and signed the heart of this living path, by inserting furnishings and defining materials, nuances and lights, in such a way as to make harmony and comfort the basis on which beauty and charm are stratified, resulting in enchanting scenarios.

Verticality stands out, expressed by the double volume and even more by a floor-to-ceiling structure, a decorative and functional element that includes a three-sided fireplace, therefore visible in the various areas of the living room.

This backdrop is covered in COR-TEN steel with a geometric design that makes it even more ornamental, while the dark tone, combined with the surrounding colours, stands out on the bright volume, marked by large panoramic windows, veiled by soft linen curtains.

The scenic and glamorous dining area takes up a large space, defined by the modern lines of Gio Ponti’s table in black ash with details in brushed brass, illuminated by suspension lights that create pleasant plays of shadows and lights, as well as enhancing this convivial area with charm.

A majestic open bookcase in aluminium and glass perfectly matches the style of the house, giving character to a long and important wall.

Not far away is the relaxation area, overlooking the garden with swimming pool through a large window, while the kitchen has a reserved space divided by sliding doors, and marked by a set of features and accessories that allow the utmost functionality.

Upstairs, several spacious rooms welcome us: the master area is large and elegant with an en-suite and design pieces that make it even more interesting and comfortable, then, there are the other bedrooms.

A bright and playful area could not be missing for the happiness of the younger residents; it is on the mezzanine level, overlooking the living room, and also perfect as a studio to always have a glimpse of the heart of the house.
