Modern, with a nostalgic touch, this home offers elegant and welcoming spaces kissed by touches of colour that customize the various areas.
The interior design and furnishings – managed by designer Renato Trusso – of this housing unit, part of a two-family complex, represented a deep and radical intervention. The main challenge was to maximize the internal distribution of the spaces, optimizing the usability of the rooms and introducing elements of technological and functional innovation.

The new layout was designed to ensure greater fluidity between the various floors, making the vertical connection between them easier and more pleasant
Furthermore, new technologies for underfloor heating, oriented towards energy efficiency, and a system for the production of solar energy have been implemented, in line with a sustainable and eco-friendly vision.
Concerning the furnishings, the project wanted to pay tribute to the style and atmosphere typical of the 1950s. The choices of materials, as well as the colours, were designed to bring that mood back to life.
The colour palette, dominated by neutral shades, offers touches of colour that customize and give character to the various areas, helping to create an environment that is always warm and enveloping
The result is a house that, while keeping up with the times, maintains a very welcoming and familiar atmosphere, capable of offering a feeling of warmth and intimacy in every corner. A perfect balance between past and future, between tradition and innovation.
