For a relaxing holiday in touch with nature, Pantelleria offers amazing landscapes in every season, enclosed between the murmur of the sea and the wind, in an Italy that never ceases to amaze.

Pantelleria is a fascinating land, the most remote of the Sicilian islands, very close to North Africa. Its name, in Arabic, means “Daughter of the wind” and this is the reason why all the crops, from the vineyards of Zibibbo to the olive trees, are kept low: to protect them from the Mistral.
The immediate appearance is that of a dark land, freshly ploughed and ready for sowing. From a close observation, one realizes that these plots of land are formations of a very hard magma that has been sedimented for millennia. Alternatively, there are caper bushes and prickly pear plants that grow wild between the crevices of the blackish rocks.

Wind, waves and volcanic land. These are the natural elements that make up Pantelleria, the same ones that distinguish Pantelleria Dream, a resort located in one of the most stunning areas: in front of the Arch of the Elephant.
A complex of 15 dammusi – the typical square houses with lava stone walls and rounded roofs – is nestled on different levels, between lemons and bougainvilleas, in the utmost privacy provided by the luxuriant vegetation of a spectacular garden.
There are 46 rooms with a patio overlooking the sea, embellished with airy wooden structures with a reed ceiling.

A dream, literally. Waking up here means admiring the sunrise over the Mediterranean Sea, feeling caressed by the iodized breeze, and enjoying wild essences such as broom and lentisk.
Thanks to Pantelleria Dream’s infinity pool, it feels like swimming in the horizon: turquoise water that becomes one with the cobalt blue of the sky.
The resort, with a holiday vocation, has large and bright rooms, furnished in a simple style, in harmony with the straightforward character of the island. The white colour is dominant in the interiors, as are the clean lines of furniture in the bedrooms and wrought iron in the bathrooms.

The hotelstands out for its functional spaces; among these, there is the generous terrace of the breakfast room, with a view of the lush palm trees.
Pantelleria is an island without compromise: consistent with the bowels of Mother Earth from which it comes, and connected to its centre. Moreover, at Pantelleria Dream Resort, all this charm is concentrated in a welcoming setting.
