A haven of peace and harmony to celebrate balance and psychophysical well-being between body, mind and soul. High range embraces sustainability.

EALA is a 5-star luxury hotel with 8 floors and 67 suites overlooking the shores of Lake Garda – precisely in Limone –, designed as a dream to be lived hanging between water, earth and sky.
In the Celtic language, the word “Eala” means swan, a symbol of royalty, class and purity: elements taken into account by the Risatti family for the renovation of the former Hotel Panorama, so that the revamped building now harmoniously matches with the landscape.
EALA was built according to the highest environmental certification standards: almost set in the Gardesana rock, it is furnished with custom design elements by a Vicenza company that also specializes in refined finishes.

“We were aiming for a top-level hotel, with a minimal impact on the environment, to give guests the opportunity to experience luxury within nature” explained Davide Rossi, representing the third generation of the Risatti family, which owns EALA.
The project started in 2019 and was finished in 2021; the result is a resort of great charm, nestled in the lakeside context on the Brescia side. A genuine and beautiful project made possible by Studio Gesia, which combined engineering skills with architectural creativity, in order to give life to a sustainable building, respectful of the environment and at the same time devoted to luxury, where shapes and colours perfectly match with the landscape.

Two facades mark the exterior: the one on the street side with vertical spruce slats, which calls to mind the colours of the ancient lemon houses typical of Lake Garda; and the one overlooking the lake, which follows the orographic lines of the mountain with cement panels that evoke the hues and lines of the crag of Gardesana.
Both these solutions aim at incorporating the building into the environment so that, to the eye, it is like a rocky ridge that slopes down to the water, from which trees sprout, as in nature; from the road is a wooden protection interrupted by a white sculpture that indicates the entrance and calls to mind the sails of a boat.
A tribute to the breeze of the lake or to the wings of the swan from which it takes its name. A private beach – with direct mooring for taxi boats and sailboats up to 10 metres – allows guests to relax, shaded by palm trees and cypresses. The fusion with the landscape and traditions also recurs in the haute cuisine of Alfio Ghezzi, the multi-starred chef who leads the Alfio Ghezzi Bistrot and the Fine Dining Senso.

EALAcovers 8 floors: at street level, there is the reception desk as well as bars and restaurants; then, 7 floors develop downwards, the last two house a 1500-sqm spa, with gym and swimming pools.
Architect Savorgnani of Studio Gesia said: “The choice of interiors strictly focuses on Made-in-Italy products. Wood, marble, metal, fabrics and glass elements are handcrafted to create a dialogue between the inside and the outside, also in accordance with the large windows overlooking the lake and Monte Baldo.”
