Piccoli spazi, intimi e funzionali sono il risultato dell’eccellente ristrutturazione di un appartamento che si esprime attraverso linee geometriche in assenza di colore.

È nella storicità degli edifici nel centro di Oderzo, noto comune della provincia di Treviso, che troviamo questo appartamento di 100 mq.
Una chicca, fresca di ristrutturazione, dove la proprietaria, impegnata professionista, ha trovato lo spazio ideale in cui riporre desideri e gusto personale, da vivere e assaporare quotidianamente.
Fondamentale è stato l’ausilio dello studio EXiT, che ha eseguito un restyling completo, riassunto, brevemente ma efficacemente, con queste parole dell’architetto Paolo Panetto: “Siamo intervenuti su un restauro che aveva fortemente conformato l’appartamento negli anni Novanta.
Noi l’abbiamo letto e reinterpretato come un percorso che si sussegue lungo tutti gli ambiti della casa – ingresso, cucina, soggiorno, camere – in modo che ogni spazio divenisse riconoscibile attraverso un unico gesto”.
Il bianco, non colore, identifica chiaramente lo sfondo e i vari orizzonti, attraverso i quali si profilano le zone, mentre le linee geometriche, che ovunque conferiscono dinamicità ai volumi, danno un tocco di stile nella lettura dello spazio.
Il percorso sembra scritto nei segni che l’arredo, coi suoi tratti a volte morbidi a volte più nitidi e spigolosi, ci indica.
Come per la libreria all’ingresso che nella sua forma a mezzaluna sembra additare, come una freccia, l’accesso al salotto dove si apre un mondo di ammalianti geometrie. Dal piccolo divano di Désirée che ricorda un abbraccio, agli iconici e paffuti Pix pouf di Arper e le sedute curvy di Tom Dixon che stanno a capotavola.
Dalla scala, che nel suo zigzagare si profila come una scultura e diventa elemento di arredo, al diffusore stereo Bang&Olufsen, che nel suo originalissimo design ricorda le celle di un alveare e funge da ottimo palco sonoro per la padrona di casa, amante della musica e brava violinista.
Dal salotto alla cucina il passo è breve ma perfettamente studiato per un ambiente utilizzabile al massimo della comodità. I moduli, disegnati dagli architetti, sfruttano ogni centimetro quadrato disponibile, per far sì che tutto sia ottimizzato e performante.
Attraverso la scala, trasformata in un elemento caratterizzante e scenico, si raggiunge il piano dedicato alla notte, con due camere da letto e il bagno. Anche qui il bianco regna indiscusso e accattivante, con una pennellata veloce di giallo, data dalla sedia a dondolo Eames Rar di Vitra nella camera padronale, mentre il letto, collocato sotto la falda spiovente del tetto ligneo, appare più raccolto e intimo.
L’impianto d’illuminazione è stato studiato in tutta l’abitazione con luci dimmerabili per creare atmosfere idonee alle varie occasioni, quelle sociali e quelle personali, per un comfort a tutto tondo.

Small, intimate and functional spaces are the result of the excellent renovation of this flat, expressed through geometric lines and absence of colour.

This 100-sqm flat is surrounded by the historical importance of buildings, placed in the centre of Oderzo, a well-known municipality in the province of Treviso.
A freshly-renovated gem, where the owner — a committed professional — has found the ideal space for her daily life and experiences, to store personal taste and wishes. The help of EXiT studio has been essential since it carried out a complete makeover, summarized — briefly but effectively — by architect Paolo Panetto’s words: “We worked on a restoration that had strongly shaped the flat in the nineties.
We read it and reinterpreted it as a continuous path throughout all areas of the abode — entrance, kitchen, living room and bedrooms — to make each space recognizable through a single gesture.”
White shades clearly identify the background and the several horizons, through which areas are outlined while geometric lines — that create dynamism to the volumes everywhere — give a touch of style in the interpretation of spaces.
The path seems embedded in the signs that pieces of furniture and its features — sometimes soft, sometimes sharper and angular — show us. Like the half-moon shaped bookcase at the entrance that seems to point — like an arrow — at the access of the living room where a world of enchanting geometries opens up.
From the embracing small sofa by Désirée to the iconic and rotund Pix pouffes by Arper and the curvy seats by Tom Dixon at the head of the table. From the staircase, which stands out like a sculpture and zigzags to become a piece of furniture, to the Bang & Olufsen stereo speaker, with an original design that calls to mind the cells of a beehive and acts as an excellent sound platform for the landlady, a music lover and also a good violinist.
Just a short step from the living room to the kitchen, perfectly designed for an environment that provides maximum comfort. Modules — designed by the architects — take advantage of all available square centimetres to ensure optimization and performance.
Through the staircase, turnedinto a key and scenic element, we reach the night floor with two bedrooms and a bathroom. Here too, captivating white reigns supreme with a quick brushstroke of yellow, given by the Eames RARrocking chair by Vitra in the master bedroom, while the bed — placed under the sloping pitch of the wooden roof — appears more cosy and intimate.
The lighting system has been designed throughout the home with dimmable lights to create atmospheres that are suitable for different social and personal purposes, in complete comfort
