Sinergia ed estro creativo per questo progetto sviluppato dallo studio C+Partners di Sarcedo (Vi) e Dario De Toni per Cariolato Arredamenti. L’idea nasce e si concretizza dalla demolizione di un vecchio fabbricato degli anni ’70, sito su un lotto a pianta rettangolare in un contesto urbano pedemontano, d’interesse ambientale, nel Vicentino.

La forma architettonica elementare, pura ed elegante, suggerisce il desiderio dello Studio C+Partners di sottrarre, per arrivare all’essenziale ed essere liberi di contaminare lo spazio con soluzioni performanti e nel contempo ricche di fascino. Questo si evidenzia nel passaggio dall’esterno all’interno, dove la purezza di linee di un’architettura fissata nei tagli regolari della pietra di Vicenza fa da prologo ad un percorso abitativo moderno, ma sempre contaminato da sfumature raffinate.

L’impressione è di un luogo che interpreta pienamente questo tempo. I proprietari, in prima battuta trascinati dai professionisti in una visionaria progettazione interno-esterno adatta alle loro richieste, possono ora contare su un mood che si accomoda spontaneamente negli spazi ampi e regolari che caratterizzano ambienti in cui tutto è in perfetta armonia e dove le forme sono semplici e chiare.

Ed è in questa semplicità di linguaggio architettonico che trova spazio una tecnologia avanzata (pareti ventilate, pannelli solari, impianto di ventilazione, impianto audio e domotica) e una dinamica sciccosa, interpretazione del life style che si esprime attraverso l’arredo realizzato con Cariolato Arredamenti che in questi spazi generosi, distribuiti su quattro livelli, ha conciliato contemporaneità, stile e comfort con la sensibilità e il tocco professionale di sempre.

Partendo dal living il messaggio è chiaro: design e “su misura” si conciliano e dimorano con armonia in passaggi agevoli, come quello che sfocia nell’ampia cucina che, come da tradizione vicentina, ama i grandi spazi.

Prosegue poi nella zona notte e nelle sale da bagno, dove tutto è stato studiato nel dettaglio: materiali, illuminazione, cromie, complementi. Il risultato è un panorama armonico, dentro il quale la modernità ti accoglie, la tecnologia ti assiste e lo charme ti coccola in ogni istante.

A dynamic balance between modernity and elegance turns a project into a style, to live it every day.

Synergy and creativity for this two-man project developed by Studio C+Partners from Sarcedo (near Vicenza) and by Dario De Toni for Cariolato Arredamenti. The idea was born and implemented by the demolition of an old building from the 70’s, located on a rectangular land plan inside an urban piedmont context near Vicenza, highly interesting according to an environmental point of view.

The basic architectural shape – pure and elegant – suggests Studio C+Partners’ desire to subtract, in order to reach the essential and feel free to contaminate the space with performing solutions and – in the meantime – fascinating ones. This is highlighted by the transition between indoor and outdoor, where the purity of lines, from an architecture obsessed with regular cuts of Vicenza stone, introduces you to a modern housing pathway, but always contaminated with polished shades.

The feeling concerns a place that fully interprets and understands this age. The owners, in the first instance a little bit sceptical on that and dragged by the experts in a visionary interior/exterior design project fitting their requests – since they were used to a completely classical style -, now can rely on a mood that spontaneously works out inside the wide and regular spaces that distinguish the environments, where everything is perfectly balanced and where shapes are simple and clear. Inside the simplicity of this architectural language, an advanced technology and a chic dynamics find room (ventilated façades, solar panels, ventilation system, sound system and domotics); the interpretation of lifestyle expressed throughout furniture, realized together with Cariolato Arredamenti.

From here, the torch passes to Cariolato Arredamenti that conciliated contemporaneity, style and comfort with sensitivity and with the all-time professional touch inside these generous spaces developed on four levels.

Starting from the living area, the message is clear: design and “tailor-made” conciliate and harmoniously live inside easy passages, such as the one resulting in the wide kitchen that, as is tradition in Vicenza, loves big environments and spaces. It carries on in the sleeping area and inside the bathrooms, where everything has been studied in detail: materials, lighting, colours and accessories. The result is a harmonious panorama, wherein modernity welcomes you, technology assists you and charm cuddles you at all times.
