Blu Interior ha riscritto le strofe di questa abitazione con una ristrutturazione millimetrica in cui tutto coincide: volumi, arredo, cromie, luci, emozioni.

Quanto è bello varcare la soglia e sentirsi veramente a casa? La sensazione è indubbiamente rassicurante e impagabile, ma perché ciò avvenga ci sono un’infinità di particolari che devono collimare e convivere, al pari di una composizione dove ogni nota, ogni sfumatura, deve avere assonanza e melodia. Una melodia percepibile anche in questo progetto dove si sfoglia l’essenza di una casa tornata alla ribalta dall’anonimato attraverso una completa ristrutturazione, che ne ha definito l’espressione e il carattere in modo armonico ed equilibrato.

Una fase delicata in cui è stata fondamentale la sinergia e la fiducia intercorse tra l’attuale proprietaria e l’équipe di Blu Interior, con la designer Eleonora, che ha gestito il progetto in tutte le sue fasi di rinascita, fino alla consegna delle chiavi. Ci vogliono sensibilità, intuito ed emozioni per creare poemi avvincenti in grado di sedurre e Blu Interior ha adottato la sua consolidata filosofia aziendale per rendere questi spazi delle incantevoli metriche, dove la quotidianità diventa eleganza, comfort e stile di vita. Orgogliosi della precisione e della sincronia con cui gestiscono abitualmente l’iter progettuale, è stato elaborato nello specifico un mood perfettamente in linea con la personalità e i desideri della committente.

Le cromie chiare e delicate vestono i volumi con un’eleganza raffinata e di facile lettura, dove non mancano sciccosi accenti artistici che muovono la scena rendendola ancora più accattivante e personale. Nell’intero progetto si evidenzia la ricerca della bellezza in pezzi non riconducibili al più inflazionato design, ma studiati e realizzati a misura per una personalizzazione davvero esclusiva. La zona giorno mette in relazione la cucina e il salotto, ma con discrezione, per una fruizione veloce e nel contempo riservata. Le moderne wallpapers che vestono alcune pareti nelle zone giorno e notte diventano incantevoli fondali, dove le linee minimali dei mobili spiccano decise e precise nel contesto in cui sono state ispirate.

L’illuminazione, gestita prevalentemente a soffitto, crea una sorta di tracciato luminoso che si specchia con delicati riflessi nella pavimentazione in gres porcellanato grigio. La nuance chiara e uniforme migliora la fluidità del percorso; la facile fruizione e la poetica abitativa non lasciano dubbi sull’efficacia di questi ambienti raffinati, freschi e disinvolti.

A modern poetry

Blu Interior wrote again the verses of this house, thanks to a pinpoint renovation where everything syncs up: volumes, furniture, colours, lights and emotions.

How beautiful it is to walk through the door and really feel at home? This feeling is undoubtedly priceless and comforting but to make it happen there are a zillion details that must match and coexist, the same way as a composition where all notes and all shades must own harmony and tune. A melody that can be perceived also inside this project, where the essence of the house is browsed; this place made a complete comeback from obscurity thanks to a total renovation which defined its expression and its attitude, in a balanced and harmonious way.

A delicate stage where synergy and confidence between the current owner and the staff from Blu Interior have been crucial, together with Eleonora, the designer who managed the project at all its rebirth stages, until the delivery of the keys. It takes sensitivity, intuition and feelings to create compelling poems able to seduce: Blu Interior adopted its deeply-rooted corporate philosophy to turn these spaces into fascinating prosodies where everyday life becomes elegance, lifestyle and well-being. Proud of the decision and of the synchrony with which they normally manage the planning practice, they specifically developed a mood which is perfectly in line with the owner’s character and wishes.

Delicate and neutral colours fit volumes with a polished elegance – easy to read – where there is no lack of chic artistic accents that move the setting, by making it even more personal and captivating. In the whole project, the search for beauty is highlighted by pieces not attributable to overrated design but custom-made and sought-after ones, for a very exclusive customisation. The living area discreetly connects kitchen and sitting room for a quick and private use, at the same time. Modern wallpaper – covering some walls in the sleeping and living areas – becomes an enchanting backdrop, where the minimal lines of pieces of furniture stand out, decisive and precise inside the context they have been inspired by.

Lighting is manly spread on the ceiling and it creates a kind of bright blueprint that looks in the mirror of the delicate floor reflections, made of grey stoneware tiles. The soft and uniform nuance perfects the fluidity of the path, where easy use and housing poetry make absolutely clear the strength of these fresh, self-confident and polished spaces.
