Si dice che la casa sia il palcoscenico sul quale ognuno di noi recita la propria esistenza. Metafora affascinante che paragona la casa a un teatro dove gli scenari si trasformano secondo i vari atti.
Lo stesso accade nella vita e i motivi possono essere diversi: la famiglia si allarga, i gusti si modificano, l’esperienza suggerisce luoghi più appropriati alla nuova esistenza e altro ancora.
È un po’ la storia di questo progetto, nuova location di una famiglia che ha deciso di cambiare casa, passando da un volume frazionato su tre piani a un’abitazione con un unico piano nobile e mansarda. Nuova casa, nuova vita! Stop ai locali circoscritti, ai confini definiti e alle pareti divisorie che frammentano l’ambiente e riducono la luminosità.
La casa ha bisogno di luce e di aria, vuole respirare e condividere i momenti con le persone che ne fruiscono gli spazi. Di tutto questo ha tenuto conto Far Arreda, che con un totale restyling d’interni ha trasformato un immobile degli anni ’50, con i relativi limiti strutturali, in uno spazio abitativo ampio e luminoso, elegante e coinvolgente.
Il carattere deciso che il nuovo e lussuoso palcoscenico di questa famiglia ci presenta oggi, dopo un lavoro a 360°, è quello di un grande open space che riunisce nell’area del living tre zone diverse: pranzo, soggiorno e cucina. Ciascuna di queste zone mantiene la propria individualità permettendo ai membri della famiglia di stare in un unico ambiente, ma nel contempo defilati nella propria zona d’interesse.
A rendere tutto fluido e melodico sono le note di colore che fanno da sfondo: nuance neutre che vanno dal bianco ai colori della sabbia con accenti di ottanio che puntualizzano e rafforzano ogni zona con le sedie, l’orologio, i cuscini, il tappeto. Pennellate di colore che si accostano alla perfezione e non passano inosservate.
L’arredo disegnato e realizzato da Far Arreda è stato personalizzato per aderire non solo ad ogni angolo, ma anche e soprattutto alle esigenze di chi vive la casa ogni giorno.
E anche quando ci si sposta nell’universo notturno, al quale si accede attraverso un’angolare e scenografica quinta dogata in legno di rovere, troviamo scenari molto seducenti e ottimizzati con minuzia di particolari, così da rendere anche questo mondo più intimo, accogliente e funzionale.
La camera padronale è caratterizzata dalla parete lignea retroletto che mimetizza gli accessi alla cabina armadio; mentre, per lasciare respiro e visuale, una parete vetrata delimita il bagno, permettendo allo sguardo di spaziare, pur nella garanzia di una totale privacy. Una nota fantasiosa, moderna ed elegante, è data dalla carta da parati che veste la zona della scala che porta in mansarda, uno spazio adibito al relax e agli hobbies. Dovunque ci si muove si percepisce un’atmosfera di equilibrio e piacevoli aspettative: un copione studiato attentamente per un’interpretazione quotidiana appagante, comoda e decisamente glamour.

Far Arreda is the director of this makeover. The attention to the customers’ lifestyle results in a charming and personal mood, with calm backdrops and chic accents.

It is said that the house is the stage where all of us perform our existence. A fascinating metaphor that compares the house to a theatre where sets change, according to different acts.
The same goes for life and reasons can be various: family grows wider, tastes change, experience suggests more appropriate places to our new existence, and so on. This is the story of this project, a new location for a family who has decided to move house, going from a threefloored volume to an abode with a single main floor and an attic space.
New home, new life! No more limited spaces, defined borders and dividing walls that fragment the environment and reduce brightness.
The house needs light and air, it wants to breathe and share moments with the people who benefit from its spaces. Far Arreda has taken all of this into account and has turned a 1950s building — with its structural limits — into a large, bright, elegant and exciting living space, through a total interior makeover.
The bold character that this family’s new and luxury stage currently displays, after a 360-degree work, is a large open space that gathers three different spaces in the living area: dining room, sitting room and kitchen.
Each of these areas maintains its individuality by allowing family members to stay in a single environment but at the same time in their own area of i n terest. Hints of colour make everything fluid and melodic and act as a background: neutral nuances from white to sandy shades with teal accents that point out and strengthen each area; a clock, a carpet but also cushions and chairs.
Touches of colour that do not go unnoticed and are very close to perfection. The decor — designed and created by Far Arreda — has been customized to match not only every corner of the abode but also — and above all — the residents’ daily needs. Even when you move to the sleeping area — accessible by a slatted durmast curtain wall —, there are very alluring settings optimized using meticulous details, in order to make this world more intimate, welcoming and functional.
The master bedroom is marked by a wooden wall behind the bed that camouflages the access to the walk-in closet. To create a feeling of airiness and a perfect line of sight, a glass wall defines the bathroom space, allowing the gaze to wander freely while providing total privacy.
A creative, modern and elegant accent is given by the wallpaper that adorns the staircase area, which leads to the attic, a space used for relaxation and hobbies. Wherever you move, you can feel a balanced atmosphere of pleasant expectations: a script carefully designed for a satisfying, comfortable and pretty glamorous daily interpretation.
